Welcome to Raven Global Ventures LLC, operating as Allure AI (“Allure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website (allureai.app) or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
Eligibility: You must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts to use the Service.
Purpose: The Service lets users interact with AI-generated content (chat, images) inspired by public personas. We don’t claim affiliation with any individual unless stated.
Access: We can suspend or terminate your access anytime, for any reason, without notice.
Content: All AI-generated content is fictional, created by us, and not endorsed by depicted personas unless they opt in.
2. Payments
Fees: Access costs $10 per creator unlock or $20 for multi-creator packs, charged upfront.
We also charge for credits to generate photos.
No Guarantees: We don’t promise specific results or uninterrupted service.
3. Refund Policy
30-Day Refunds: You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email [email protected] with your order details. Refunds process within 10 business days. After 30 days, all sales are final.
4. Intellectual Property
Our Rights: We own all Service content, tech, and AI outputs. You get a limited, non-exclusive license to use it personally while active.
Your Input: Don’t submit copyrighted stuff unless you own it—we’re not liable.
Likeness: AI content is based on public data. Creators can opt in to claim revenue; otherwise, we reserve the right to use it as fictional inspiration.
5. Privacy
Data We Collect: Name, email, payment info, browsing activity, and generated content interactions.
How We Use It: To run the Service, process payments, improve features, and market to you.
Sharing: We share with payment processors and legal authorities if required—nowhere else unless you agree.
Security: We use standard encryption, but no system’s 100% safe. You accept that risk.
Cookies: We use them to track usage. Disable them if you want, but the Service might break.
6. Liability
As-Is: The Service is provided “as is.” No warranties—use at your own risk.
Limits: We’re not liable for damages beyond what you paid us, ever. No indirect or punitive damages.
Indemnity: You cover us if someone sues over your use of the Service.
7. Creator Opt-In
Revenue Share: Creators can join post-launch, claiming 20% of past and future earnings tied to their likeness by contacting us. We’ll remove non-opted-in content on request.
No Affiliation: Pre-opt-in use isn’t endorsed by creators—it’s our creation.
8. Changes & Termination
Updates: We can change these Terms anytime—check back here. Continued use means you agree.
Shutdown: We can kill the Service whenever, no refunds past 30 days.
9. Governing Law
Jurisdiction: Nevada law applies. Disputes go to state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.
